   On April 12, 2004, after showing our footage against the Gay Marriage battle on DayStar TV, we held an evening prayer meeting in Dallas. The thing I noticed about the group who attended, was a common thread: they had all worked together in the Spirit during the Great Prayer Revival in Tulsa, OK in the 1980's.

    That night, after the prayer session, I laid down to a much needed sleep, but the Lord awoke me at 1 AM. I had been carried up above the planet to see a vision of the night, of the world map and happenings to come.

     Between the countries of Iraq and Iran, I saw a blanket or rug lifting betwixt the boarders and it was filled with poison gases and derth and violence and death. As it flew over those nations, the spirit behind it killed millions of people in its wake to the north and north east in the Asian lands.

    Beneath it, in Iraq, thousands of our soldiers were slain in the sands, dead or alive I could not tell.

   Then the force arising against them crossed to the west, over Israel and on towards Nova Scotia, Canada. It was hit as one would watch missle destroy something. A fire arose from that place.

    Next the same force put these cities on the east coast of America on fire; Boston, New York, Philadelphia area, Washington DC area and then it skipped again to North Carolina.

   Next it landed in the Gulf of Mexico and whipped it up like a bloodbath of tornadoes and hurricanes. This took out a pie shaped slice of the Mississippi and removed a part of St. Louis. The last action of this destructive force that had attacked us from Iran/Iraq, went shooting up to Detroit Michigan and exploded in a pink cloud!

   I came flying up off the bed and cried out, 'Lord! What have you showed me?"

   He answered, "What your President has just proclaimed over Iraq is not true. (Around 150 souls lost, the boys coming home by Memorial Day, with a small peace keeping force remaining). Instead the death toll will rise into the thousands.

   I asked, "Can we stop it? Is that why you woke me up?"

   I was shocked by His answer, "No. Whereas in times past, men in all their asundry entertainments could turn away from other men's famine and wars of destruction, now what is coming has been prophesied for thousands of years and it shall be in every man's face and no man shall have anywhere to turn but unto the face of their creator."

   "Well, if we can not stop it, then why did you show me?"

   "You can change the battle score and the death toll."

   I answered, bewildered, 'Then why are you showing me? We are maxed out already in our Prayer Summits and have no staff or funding much to speak of beyond that humble effort. What more am I to do than I am already doing for you?"

   He said, "The prayer -shield, which was once over this nation, is fallen down from what it once was. In order to thwart what is coming, you must raise it up again, not only to its former state, but stouter and beyond."

   "How? I can't even believe that it has fallen down." (I'd been so busy doing prayer summits that I hadn't noticed what others were not doing at all. I'd just assumed all the great prayer meetings of the midwest were still going strong. They weren't.)

    He explained, "Those who once held the strong watch positions are gone to the other side, moved to heaven. And many of those that learned at their knee have become too encumbered with the affairs of life, and are some stricken with elder age, taking care of ailing parents or spouses, and their families were targeted by the evil one, and are now split and fractured. They have their hands full taking care of the many displaced grandchildren and great grand children that their children have failed to raise."

     Then he pointed to Canada. "The Toronto Blessing was an awakening." Then he pointed to Florida, "Brownsville was a refreshing." Then he pointed to the mid west and I saw him touch Kansas. He walked from Charles Parham's Bible School down to Tulsa, from the early 1900's to the 1940's and He stopped at Raymond T. Richi's tent near Peoria St. Then he walked to Utica St and stopped at an old blue building that reminds me of an upside down swimming pool.

     It was the place that T.L. Osborn sold to Buddy Harrison, who founded Harrison House, the publisher of the great Word of Faith movement's books. It was the place where Grace Roose, Kenneth Hagin, Rachel Teafitiller, Billye Brim, Kenneth Hagin and many others began great sessions of prayer and bible study that birthed a thirty year prayer movement that seemed to peak in 1988.

     What did Jesus want in that place?

     He bent over what appeared to be a burned over ash heap and scooped up some embers. In his palm he turned them for me to see that each bore image of a face.

     "These are those that prayed alongside of those who knew the secrets of they journey of prayer, who have now gone to the other side, moved to heaven. Go stir them up. Tell their stories and I will be there. The younger ones who have never heard them will learn and go beyond. But some will say that they don't know what you are talking about. Others will say that it has been too long to remember. "

     He continued, "Don't go back to that city and reteach the principles of faith. It has already been saturated with more than it knows what to do with or will ever fully use. But it is the journey of prayer that has been lost. Faith without prayer is nothing but personal witchcraft."

     EM Bounds said, "When Faith ceases to pray. Faith ceases to live."

     The Bible says, "Faith without works is dead." Prayer is a labor. And Faith demands action.

    Now about three years hence, we see a war brewing with Iran and its presdient boldly declares his hopes for millions of his people to die in the end time wars so that the fabled grand mufti can return at the end of the world. There is an American army death toll of thousands instead of 150 in the sands of Iraq. The gulf coast of America has been altered by Katrina though the pie shape slice is still there and not missing yet. And our east coast cities are still okay.

     But if we are going to "Thwart" the threats of terrorism aimed at America, we must raise up the prayer shield again and we have just barely begun.

     Why didn't the Lord look for the resurrection of a prayer shield in Toronto or Brownsville or newer revival centers of our continent? Though spectacular with many souls saved, those movements lack the depth of a thirty year prayer movement that birthed a prayer revival which didn't peak until 1988. It is like a deep basement, a storage of skill and relationship to the Holy Spirit and his ways. That is the kind of prayer that is needed to "Thwart" something evil that would attack our nation. The depth of prayer in those revivals was sufficient to "birth" something, souls into the kingdom. "Birthing" and "thwarting" are not the same in depth or skill. A woman can birth if she knows how, rather easily compared to raising an army needing strategy and endurance to "thwart an emeny." Jesus brought us Toront Blessing and Brownsville Revival, but he is returning us to the Tulsa Prayer Shield to preserve us and 'thwart' the evil aimed at us in this hour.

Tulsa may be a safe place a city of refuge.

Tulsa may be a place to run, a place covered, by the Holy One where though the enemy seeks her, she may not be found under the covering of the Glory that has long ago been in this time. Where for the eyes of those, that search for her, by the land and by the air, lest they be invited shall not be able to find their way there.

For the angels of the Lord will encamp round about this city, for that is one be the reason that they have come in force this night, drawing those that belong that have not yet considered they should make the trip and never guess they should stay. And suddenly driving out those who have no business to remain here and turning away those who should never find their way.

Tulsa will in the next few months, go through one of the greatest upheavals of population exchange and demographic shifts that she has ever known.

Governing officials will shake their heads as the forces of man and nature make it so. But the hand of unseen angels cause it to come to pass. And the voices of intercessors progress it along on its path, praying by the spirit and very little by the head. More in the tongues of the Spirit than the words that are known. More shall be the voice of Holy Ghost tongue talkers in this city to a greater swell and level than it has ever heard before. Those that have lived in that stead, it shall come full force once more. And when the saturation and the rearranging, that has begun, is to its fullest place, then there shall come an even heavier deposit of my Glory and my grace.

And this city shall be known as a city of refuge for many fleeing inland from the destruction from which others have not been able to escape. So pray on, take your hand and say “Ah. Ha. We heard it would be so. But so, pray on.” Pray on. Pray on. Stay under the shelter. Stay in the cover. For the Spirit of God will do unusual things. To make it work out for you. To cause the time to be available for you. To cause the supplies to come in. The resources to double and triple and multiply. Even in some places quadruple.

And how shall it be? Shall it come because one does stand and say for hours on end and say “money cometh, come to me.”

Oh no. It shall progress much further than that. It shall come out of the tongues of Spirit of what men pray when they know not what they say.

It shall go quicker than ever before, that way.

For the fullness of faith which was taught on the level it could be received and caught will suddenly catch up and the deposit that was oh God Almighty,

….. The deposit that was always meant to remain in this city shall at last gain full acceptance, full entrance, and full power to stay.

For though some did not understand and accuse that their missions were incomplete, when the prayer warriors of old ascended on high to stay for me in eternity. As my bosom companions. Their assignments were fully launched in the earth before they left!

As a man would deposit and a seed in the earth and wait for it to grow, the gestation period was much longer than what you were able to know. And so what you are witnessing here and what you shall witness in the days to come, will be the full ear in the harvest springing forth and the flags of silk upon the stalk flying to the heavens in praise.

And suddenly words that were spoken hundreds of times and sermons repeated and bible school classes year after year, on tapes and recordings and television shows, shallowly understood, often cut off because the Spirit of the Lord would tap the one speaking and say “No! You can’t tell that. Not yet. They don’t have ears to hear. They don’t have a capacity to retain. The reservoir will overflow and it will leak and overwhelm. Pull BACK!”

And to the great disappointment of audiences sitting on the edge of their seats as angels came and went and supernatural gatherings came to a sudden halt. And the mercy of God descended and said, “Pull back.”

Suddenly what they meant to say shall come full force.

It was theirs to see.

It was theirs to know.

It was theirs to hear.

It was theirs to pray.

It was theirs to prepare the way.

And had it not been so. Some of them could have never walked away. Could have never left. Could have never come as they came when I called them. As I called them, even some prematurely for what some understood to be their day.

Judge it not! But enter in. For the secret thing indeed does belong to the Lord and the time of revealing secrets is at hand.

And yet there shall come strange things upon the Land once more. Those in perfect health. Those in the full strength of the peak of life, caught up in the Glory. Highly anointed to teach. To share. To gather. To pray. Suddenly, before their very eyes caught away. Some by death with no explanation. Others by strange means with no interpretation.

Such shall be the times coming to visit this city once again.

A supernatural cloud… See how it hovers!

See how once more it begins.

So who are you? Do you know?

Have you suspected how you were chosen? It is no coincidence that you are in this place and others there gathered in different pockets with different wants hearing the same thing in this city. (in tongues…..) And in other cities as they are preparing to come.

Journals began with things promised. Mistaken. Thinking, “Oh! THAT shall happen in MY locality.” Suddenly uprooted. In great dismay. They’ll come with injury and grief upon their shoulders and their lips. Heads hung low in confusion.

But once they enter in their eyes shall be open, “Oh! My God! What you gave me when I wrote in the journal for that place was for THIS place!”

So with many people coming there shall be certain forms of employment. Certain trades that shall prosper much. And yes! I will reveal it to those that I desire to gain favor. Yes! I will show it, as they are upon their knees and begin to see the visions of the Spirit. Yes! I will draw them in to understand what the trades will be that will be greatly marked with prosperity. Because of those that are coming.

It shall not be by schemes. It shall not be by the means of man. It shall not be by struggle or intellectual challenge. But there shall be those very simply as a fruit grower would sell his fruit at the right intersection. It shall suddenly come upon them and it shall come at full force!

Simple minded men shall suddenly prosper.

Merely because the caravans of those that are coming have come their way.

So seek me even for those things, but not selfishly. For what shall be the reason?

To serve! To serve! To serve!

And to be sure there is much resource when and where directed to give away. For as much shall be given away as what is sold. And this shall be the mark upon the city of Faith. Tulsa.
